IT And Communication

The IT and Communication Department at Rubavu Technical College is responsible for managing the institution’s technological infrastructure and communication strategies. The department consists of two main roles:

.Communication & PR Officer: Ntirivamunda Jean Pierre(Peter) manages internal and external communication, including social media, public relations, website content, and newsletters. The Communication PR Officer works to promote the college’s image, engage with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication both within the institution and with the public.

.IT Officer: Dusabimana Angelique ensures the smooth operation of the college's IT systems, including network management, hardware, software, and data security. The IT Officer provides technical support, resolves IT issues, and ensures the security and efficiency of all digital systems used within the college.

Together, both roles contribute to the seamless integration of technology and communication at Rubavu Technical College, supporting academic and administrative functions.
